Known issues with the new site

I will add to this list as I discover problems and subtract as they are fixed. Please let me know if you come across any problems not listed here.

Changes in 3.0

There are a significant number of changes between the old (2.0) version of MuddButt.com and the new and improved 3.0 version. I intend to create FAQ articles or HOWTOs for some of the more drastic changes, but for the time being feel free to play around yourself or shoot me a message. Here is a list of changes from 2.0 to 3.0. Keep in mind this is a WIP.

Jerkwater Update

As you can obviously see, Project Jerkwater has officially been released.  The targeted RTM date for this was September 1st, and the official release happend just after 12:00AM EDT on September 2nd so mark today as the beginning of a new MuddButt era.  Feel free to read the rest of the posted news articles to get a little bit more information about the recent site changes.  Then, as always, head over to the [brand new] forum for some good ol' slapdicking.

MuddButt.com 3.0 - Jerkwater Edition

As I announced back on August 1, 2010, MuddButt.com 3.0 is a major rework of the entire site.  A completely new back end has been put in place, and as much of the data as possible has been painstakingly converted to fit the new database schema.  As you can already see, the site has a completely different look, feel, layout, and leaves a little bit of a salty residue behind (I know I know, I've been trying to get my hands on some quality pineapple).  Therefore, the Jerkwater Edition of MuddButt.com will take some getting used to, and there may be some bugs and such to work through in the beginning, but overall this is a huge improvement.  Not only will the newer backend allow the site to perform better, it will also allow much more room for customization than the old one.

The goal here is to have the new site launched and usable, with maybe a few minor things to iron out, by September 1, 2010...we'll see how that goes.
